Triangle Pointe is situated in a park-like setting with great visibility from I-5 and 217, providing a unique opportunity in the Tigard Triangle. Situated on an 8.6 acre parcel flanked by Fanno Creek, Triangle Pointe has mature trees and outdoor seating areas that provide a campus feel. The on-site walking paths connect to the Kruse Way Path, part of the Lake Oswego path system.

Site Plans

The existing grade and landscape was re-worked between the side parking and the building, creating a garden view from the ground floor. The new plaza combines the natural existing surroundings with the modern clean lines of the building renovation. A meandering stream provides a link from the parking area to the main entry and outdoor seating areas. Light wells were removed and the view from the new garden level consists of evergreen plantings, boulder retaining walls and decorative stone. garden rendering Click Image to View Larger Landscaping Plan
